APPOINTMENTS

WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU!

Vet Records

If it will be your first visit, or if your pet's vaccinations have been updated since your last visit, please remember to bring a copy of your rabies certificate.

Location

We are located on Route 19 and are visible from the road, but can be tricky to locate on a first visit. We are behind and between Arby's and Pizza Al's. Our driveway connects to both parking lots.

Questions

If you have any trouble making your appointment online or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We can be reached at 724-952-5123 or info@petaesthetic.com.

OUR POLICIES

Immunization

For the safety of all of the pets that we serve, all clients must provide proof of pets' current immunization for Rabies from a veterinarian before being admitted for an appointment. We also strongly recommend that you have your dogs vaccinated for Bordatella and Distemper/Parvo. Records can be emailed to info@petaesthetic.com or brought to your appointment.

Emergency Vet Care

Should any event require veterinary care, we reserve the right to seek immediate medical attention from the nearest available provider.

Refusal of Service

Pet Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason including, but not limited to, lack of proof of required vaccinations, display of aggressive behavior, on any apparent physical condition that poses a safety risk to that animal or others.

Cancellations

We require all cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our team to fill the open reservations.

We do require a credit/debit card to be placed on file in order to reserve an appointment time.

Your card will not be charged until the day/time of your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged a $30 cancellation fee and no-show reservations will result in a $60 fee. Fees apply for each pet on the reservation.

By continuing, you agree to abide by this policy.
